Rockwell partners with TGN for mixed-use community

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) yesterday, Rockwell Land Corporation (RLC) inked a partnership with TGN Realty, part of the Nepomuceno Group of Companies, to develop a 3.6-hectare mixed-use community in Angeles, Pampanga.
“We are excited to build a new Rockwell community in Pampanga through our Joint Venture with the family behind the successful Nepo Center,” Rockwell Land Corporation president Nestor Padilla said in their PSE disclosure.
With this development, the Philippine Competition Commission gave its approval for the joint venture on 20 October 2020.
Bringing the Rockwell signature touch North of Metro Manila, the project will have three residential towers complemented by a retail component, which is poised to be the Power Plant Mall in Angeles, the first Rockwell mall outside Metro Manila.
Similarly designed to the Rockwell Center in Makati, the residential towers and mall will be connected via an underground passageway for the community’s convenience.
The new Rockwell residential community is targeted to launch 2nd half of 2021 and will feature a central clubhouse amenity.
According to Padilla, each tower will be 10 to 15 storeys high with units ranging from one bedroom to three bedrooms sized 44 square meters to 142 sqm.
The residential towers are expected to bring a revenue of about P6.7 billion.
The Nepomuceno Group of Companies has forays into education, utility services and real estate.
