The Lopez family is bringing the Rockwell signature touch up north with its planned mixed-use community in a 3.6 hectare property in the booming province of Pampanga.
The project, a joint venture between Rockwell Land and the Nepomuceno group’s TGN Realty, will also feature a retail complex which will be the first Rockwell mall outside Metro Manila.
“We are excited to build a new Rockwell community in Pampanga through our joint venture with the family behind the successful Nepo Center,” said Rockwell president Nestor Padilla.
The residential component is slated for launch in the second half of next year. Each tower will be 10-15 storeys high with units ranging from one to three-bedroom units ranging from 44 square meters to 142 sqm.
Apart from real estate, the Nepomuceno Group of Companies also has interests in education and utilities.
Rockwell is aggressively expanding outside Metro Manila. Among its projects in the pipeline is a 30-hectare mixed-use development in Bacolod.
