The ceremony marks the completion of the mall’s main structural framework and signals steady progress toward its planned opening in the third quarter of 2027. The project is being developed under their joint venture, Rockwell Nepo Development Corporation.
Key figures from both organizations, along with local officials including Angeles City Mayor Carmelo G. Lazatin II, led the ceremonial event. Guests, partners, and prospective tenants were also given an exclusive preview of the mall’s future look through detailed mock-ups and design presentations inspired by the flagship Power Plant Mall in Makati.
Set within Rockwell at Nepo Center, the upcoming retail destination will offer around 32,000 square meters of leasable space. It will feature a carefully curated mix of global and local brands, everyday essentials, and a vibrant dining scene that highlights Pampanga’s renowned culinary culture.
As the first Power Plant Mall development outside Metro Manila, the project represents a major step in expanding Rockwell’s signature lifestyle experience into Central Luzon.
